I really haven't seen much of his riding, but he looks pretty smooth. Well, obviously, otherwise he wouldn't be pro. Some really like Trek, but I just never have. They're really the only one I feel so strongly about. Funny that there's a thread about it, tho.

I don't think so, but he has plenty of bmx racing experience. The Hardrock is a solid frame, and lots of guys use it for 4X, but you'd have an easier time with a jump frame. If you start shopping, look for something pretty slack. The Kona jump frames are pretty similar to the HR, so avoid those.
